Dr Atindra Sarvadikar has created a niche for himself as a young composer, his compositions cover a wide range of genres such as Khayal, Tarana, Chaturanga, Saragam-geet, Lakshangeet, Thumri, Dadra, Bhajan, Geet, Gazal etc. 
Atindra has composed a corpus of more than 300 Bandishes in a variety of common and uncommon Raagas and Taalas. He regularly presents these compositions in his concerts and also in specially curated thematic programs. His few compositions are recorded commercially under known music labels. For Atindra, his Bandishes are creations that evolved from the serious study of the tradition, incorporating its diverse aspects, by which he tries to keep the tradition flowing! The book of his bandishes is under completion and probably will release in the coming year.
